• 3134-07, 200 micrometers thick, p-spray - "Testwafer"
• 3135-09, 280 micrometers thick, p-spray ---------- sent to Bonn 5 March 99
• 3135-08, 280 micrometers thick, p-spray - "Testwafer" sent to Alenia March 99
