For what is related to the detector software, we indicate 6 areas (tracking, detector description, event display, simulation, test data analysis, construction & test software) separately interacting with the GLAST core (we don't see the need for a structure labeled "Italy" for interactions with the outside world, while we strongly see such a need for our internal coordination, test of software, exchange of information etc.). We think that next year such areas should evolve into the building of the software for physics analysis.
For each area we individuate subtopics with a convenor and a team. For each subject, milestones correspond to the finest granularity.
