Alessandro
De Angelis has a background in General Physics and Elementary Particle Physics.
After a fifteen-years experience in particle physics experiments in Padova and
at CERN, since 1999 he convenes a group of astroparticle physicists and
computer scientists at the University of Udine, dealing with problems of data
acquisition and analysis in particle astrophysics. His main research interest
is in fundamental physics tests with high-energy particles.
Researchers
and graduate students interested in the fields of fundamental physics and
astrophysics are welcome to join the group.
